3 Step Guest Screening
Our screening includes the OFAC list, public state and country criminal records, and state and national sex offender registries. We look for misdemeanor charges related to a domestic disturbance, disorderly conduct, noise complaints, trespassing, and any charges that may signify a potential problem with a guest booking a property

We recruit our whole cleaning personnel directly; we do not outsource our cleaning to another organization. TRUST AND SAFETY
Ring cameras, noise and smoke detectors, and smart locks have been used to assure safe and livable property conditions.

Ring cameras are put at the entrance of each unit to monitor the occupancy restriction 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

If the noise level surpasses a specific dB level, noise detector sensors located within each unit transmit an alarm to our local on-site support team.

Smoke detectors limit guest kitchen usage to a suitable amount for safety and property maintenance.

Each door has Smart Locks installed, a new code is created for each guest, and codes are destroyed upon checkout
